Hillside is a great place to build a long-term career, as our milestone employees will attest.
A Friday, December 3, ceremony celebrated the tenures of 209 Hillside employees who each celebrated a milestone service anniversary in 2021—ranging from five to 40 years of service.
Among those celebrating 30-year anniversaries were Caroline Schmieder, Care Coordinator in Hillside’s Western Region; and Ann Cott, Executive Director for Health Care Services. They and their 62 colleagues who attended Friday’s virtual celebration have contributed a combined 775 years of service to Hillside and the youth and families we serve.
“Our staff make a tremendous difference every day in lives of youth, adults, and families,” said Maria Cristalli, Hillside’s President & CEO. “I am very pleased to honor staff that have chosen to build their careers at Hillside.”
All milestone employees receive a commemorative pin and a certificate honoring their commitment to Hillside’s mission and work. Thank you to all our 2021 milestone employees!
